These events are noted below because members are wanting to attend them.  There are many other events that we do not attend throughout the year.  You can still attend an event not listed below, if an attending unit lets you galvanize with them and you register yourself to the event.  If you want to attend an event with us, listed below, and you are not a member of our Unit, let us know by contacting us, well in advance, through our "Contact Page".

New Procedures for Members -  If you want to attend an event you must contact John Brindle well before the Deadline of Pre-Registration for that particular event.  John usually sends out an email well in advance about each event.  Then after John replies that you made it onto the list to be Pre-Registered, you can then send him your money.  This will help insure that John did not already send the Registration Form and event fees.  That way if you missed John sending the Registration, you do not have to rewrite a check and send it elsewhere.  To farther simplify Pre-Registration, lookup the event online to Pre-Register yourself. That way there is no "middle man" and the money is sent directly to the event. Annual Unit Membership fees no longer include event fees. Events are now paid by the attending Members.

Events will be listed as they are discussed and let known.

Gentlemen,

As discussed here is a list of events for the year. It is up to each of you to register yourselves and then let Steve Kerry know what you will be attending. Steve will then pass your information onto Marcus and me. I hope you are all in good health and will enjoy this season before the big 150th’s start next year. Thank you all for you dedication to this unit and hobby.

Captain John Brindle, 17th P.V.C. Co. F
